These terms govern your use of voidsmithindustries.com (this website only). By browsing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

Voidsmith Industries is an individual trading in the United Kingdom under that name, not a registered company. Contact: hello@voidsmithindustries.com.

3. About this site

This site is informational: it describes Voidsmith Industries and its projects (currently Nexis, DungeonMasterOS, and CIEL) and showcases selected client work. No purchase, subscription, or account-creation flow exists on this site itself. The contact form hands off to your own email client — no data is submitted to a server through this site.

4. Using this website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the site at a rate or in a manner that disrupts normal use, other than standard search-engine indexing;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Voidsmith Industries, or use the Voidsmith name or branding to imply an endorsement that doesn't exist.

5. Intellectual property

The Voidsmith Industries name, logo, site design, and original written content on this site are owned by Voidsmith Industries unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission. Project names and materials for Nexis, DungeonMasterOS, and CIEL are likewise Voidsmith Industries' property. Content on the Portfolio page describing or linking to client work (for example, the Λαδοφάναρο case study) belongs to those respective clients, not to Voidsmith Industries.

6. Other Voidsmith products and third-party links

This site links to Voidsmith Industries' own products (Nexis, DungeonMasterOS, CIEL) and to third-party sites, including a separate client's own website hosted under the Portfolio page. Those products and sites are operated separately, may have their own terms of service, and are not covered by these terms. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site we link to.

7. Client and commercial work

Where Voidsmith Industries takes on paid client work (such as building a website for another business), that engagement is governed by a separate agreement between Voidsmith Industries and that client, not by these website terms. These terms only cover your use of voidsmithindustries.com itself.

8. No warranties

This site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and we make no warranties — express or implied — about its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Voidsmith Industries won't be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to £100.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
